2) Get enough sleep:
This one might seem obvious, but it’s important to get enough sleep when you’re preparing for exams. When you don’t get enough sleep, your mind isn’t able to function at its full capacity. This means that you won’t be able to retain information as well and you might find yourself feeling more stressed out than usual. aim for at least 8 hours of sleep every night!
We know that it can be difficult to find time to exercise when you have exams coming up, but it’s important to try and fit it into your schedule somehow. Exercise releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting effects. So even if it’s just a 30-minute walk around the block, exercising will help reduce your stress levels.

Taking regular breaks will help reduce your stress levels in the long run because you won’t feel as overwhelmed by the material.
5) Eat healthy:
Just like with exercise, eating healthy can also help reduce stress levels. When you eat unhealthy foods, it can make you feel sluggish and tired. But when you eat healthy foods, like fruits and vegetables, your body gets the nutrients it needs to function properly. So, make sure to include plenty of healthy foods in your diet!
6) Connect with friends and family:
Spending time with loved ones is always a great way to de-stress. Whether it’s talking on the phone or meeting up in person (after social distancing restrictions have been lifted), spending time with people who make you happy will help reduce your stress levels.
7) Do something that brings joy:
Lastly, make sure to do something every day that brings joy into your life. This could be reading your favorite book, watching your favorite movie, or taking your dog for a walk in the park. Whatever makes YOU happy, make sure to find time for it in your busy schedule!
