CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Prior to the start of the review session: A reviewee who wishes to cancel his/her reservation prior to the start of the review session shall make a formal notice to the management of Auxesis Review Center of his/her intention. The paid reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Failure to give formal notice on the cancellation to the management will result in the full payment of matriculation.
  1. During the review session: A reviewee who wishes to cancel his/her enrolment to the Auxesis Review Center shall make a formal notice to the management of his/her intention. If formal notice was given beyond the installment date, payments due are cumulative amounting to such. Below are examples and will apply mutatis mutandis:

  1. Notice to cancel review was submitted 30 May 2022. Payments due are the first installment (P9,250.00)plus the reservation fee (~P5,000.00)
  1. Notice to cancel review was submitted 10 July 2022. Payments due are the first installment plus second installment (P9,250.00 + remaining balance,) plus the reservation fee (~P5,000.00). In sum, reviewee is liable to pay for the whole matriculation.

 


 

UNDERTAKING

  1. The Auxesis Review Center reserves the right to reschedule the program start date and the program schedule.
  2. The Review Center reserves the right to choose the reviewer deemed necessary for the topic.
  3. The Review Center reserves the right to choose the mode of delivery (in-person, online, and/or blended) for the review sessions.
  4. On availing a discount on:
    • Bundle of 10: Bundle of 10: Reviewees from the same alma mater may form a group of 10 full paying reviewees to have a discount equivalent to one (1) full paying reviewee. Full paying reviewees does not include Latin Honor students and President of chemical engineering (Ch.E.) recognized organization among others. The group must take a regular review + refresher + coaching program and the same review set up for all members. The group should fill-out a form indicating the names and their alma mater. Members of the bundle should make the reservation within the day to avail the promo. If any of the members decide not to continue, the discount will be null and void, without the chance to re-avail.

    • Latin Honors: Latin Honors: Reviewees graduated with Latin Honor are free of regular review (tuition fee + miscellaneous fee). Transcript of records and/or proof thereof should be submitted before the start of the regular review. The review should be taken via online setup. Should the reviewee decide to enroll in another review center, discount will be null and void and, reviewee shall pay for the whole matriculation.
    • Ch.E. Recognized Organization President: Reviewees that had been a President of Ch.E. Recognized Student Organization (PICHE Jr. or Ch.E. student council) are entitled for free tuition fee.  A letter from the Ch.E. Department Chair or from the Office of the Student Affairs or its equivalent stating as such is required to be submitted before the start of the review class, otherwise, the whole matriculation fee is due. Should the reviewee decide to enroll in another review center, discount will be null and void and, reviewee shall pay for the whole matriculation.
    • Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching: Reviewee who enrolled in Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching is entitled to a one-time P2,999.00 discount (already applied in the total assessment). This discount can be used in conjunction with the Bundle of 10 (as stipulated in a) or if not applicable, for individual enrollees.
    • Vouchers: Reviewee must present a valid voucher to avail the said discount. It is in the sole discretion of the review center to validate/invalidate the voucher presented thereto. Only one voucher per enrollee per program may be used for this promo. Should the reviewee decide to enroll in another review center, discount will be null and void and, the reviewee shall pay for the whole matriculation.
    • Returnee: Returnee (a reviewee that finished the complete review session from the previous batch) is entitled for a free tuition fee. The returnee shall present his/her previous enrolment agreement or any proof thereof. Should the returnee decide to enroll in another review center, the discount will be null and void and, the returnee shall pay for the whole matriculation.


5. On video recording (only available to online reviewees):

After the live session, a copy of the recording will be uploaded to a channel and will be made available to all the reviewees for 14 days from the date it was published. After the said time, availability of the recorded video will be rescinded.

 

6. The Auxesis Review Center reserves the right to rescind any and all affiliations and benefits of the reviewee upon the receipt of the formal notice of cancellation and/or failure to comply with payment requirements as appeared supra.

7. The Auxesis Review Center recognize its responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect,

record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from the reviewees. The personal data obtained is entered and stored within the review center’s authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by ARC’s authorized personnel.

8. The reviewee is responsible in providing correct and valid information to the review center. The information provided above – most specially the name, the email address, the cellphone number, and the permanent address – are the only information that will be recognized by the Auxesis Review Center. Therefore, and as such, access to the proprietary database and software (i.e., ARC App and YouTube recordings) will only be given via the information provided.

9. The online reviewee must ensure the privacy of the recorded video. It must not be illegally shared, viewed, and reproduced without the prior consent of the owner (the Auxesis Review Center). It is protected by Republic Act 8293 or known as the Intellectual Property Law.

10. The reviewee is responsible in choosing his/her desired review setup and, therefore no longer allowed to change it, such as from online to in-person or vice versa, for whatever reason there is.

11. This document does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted in writing by all parties.

 


REVIEWEE’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I hereby acknowledge receipt and have carefully read and received an exact copy of this enrollment agreement.

I have read the Data Privacy Statement and express my consent for the Auxesis Review Center to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase or destruct my personal data as part of my information.

I understand that the review center may terminate my enrollment if I fail to comply with the academic and financial requirement or if I disrupt the normal activities of the review session.  I understand that my financial obligation to the Auxesis Review Center must be paid in full even if the Auxesis Review Center terminated my enrollment on the grounds above, and/or if the stipulations above are not met regardless whether I attended the sessions or not. 


 

ACCEPTANCE

I, the undersigned, have read and understand this agreement and acknowledge receipt of a copy. It is further understood and agreed that this agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous verbal or written agreements and may not be modified without the written agreement of the reviewee and the Auxesis Review Center management. I also understand that if I default upon this agreement I will be responsible for payment of any collection fees or attorney fees incurred by the Auxesis Review Center.

I accept that I have read and understand all aspects of this agreement and do recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract.
