PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

1. A reservation fee amounting to P5,000 (five thousand pesos only) is due with the signing of the enrollment agreement upon enrollment. The reservation is credited toward the applicable program fee and is not an additional charge. Except where a written promo approval expressly waives it, it forms part of the payment obligation.
2. Payment plan options:

• Full payment of the matriculation may be settled upon enrollment.
• Matriculation may be paid for in installments as follows:

3. Payment shall be made through the payment channels and methods designated by Auxesis Review Center (ARC). Proof of payment must be uploaded in the link that will be provided in the communication channel. Payment is credited when funds clear and ARC can identify the reviewee and transaction. A screenshot alone is not conclusive proof of cleared payment. Any failed or reversed payment remains unpaid, subject to reconciliation and applicable law.

4. The available payment options shall apply to all reviewees. However, recipients of the Returnee Promo and Bundle of 10 Promo are required to pay the applicable program fee in full upon enrollment.

5. Valid vouchers shall be applied to the reviewee’s remaining balance or, in the case of full payment, before payment is completed. Vouchers must be presented and applied before full payment is completed. Unused or unclaimed vouchers cannot be applied retroactively or used as a basis for a refund after full payment has been made.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Prior to commencement of the enrolled review program, cancellation must be sent in writing to ARC at the official notice email (info@auxesisreview.com). The PHP 5,000 reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to any express written waiver and mandatory law. Timely cancellation before commencement limits the fee obligation to the reservation fee. Payments in excess of that obligation shall be reconciled and refunded unless another lawful, expressly agreed charge applies. Without written cancellation, the full applicable program fee remains payable.
2. During the enrolled review program, withdrawal must be sent in writing to ARC at its official notice email. Liability consists of the reservation fee and installments whose due dates have occurred on or before ARC receives that notice, less cleared payments and valid credits. An installment falls due on its stated calendar date in Philippine time. Any otherwise enforceable promo shortfall remains payable. The due dates of fees are written below:

• If notice is received before the confirmed regular review commencement date (23 Nov 2026), only the PHP 5,000 reservation fee is due, subject to any express written waiver.
• If notice is received on or after commencement but before 6 December 2026, only the PHP 5,000 reservation fee is due. From 6 December 2026 until before 6 January 2027, the reservation and PHP 10,000 first installment are due, totaling PHP 15,000, less payments and valid credits.
• If notice is received on or after 6 January 2027, the reservation, first installment and applicable final balance are due, less payments and valid credits. These examples use the retained installment dates; any replacement dates must be expressly agreed in writing and the examples updated accordingly.

3. Failure to Submit Notice of Cancellation: If no written notice of cancellation is submitted, the reviewee shall be required to pay the full amount of the applicable program fee.
   
   
4. No Deferment of Enrollment: Enrollment is valid only for the specific review season or batch for which the reviewee originally enrolled. Deferment, carryover, or application of the enrollment, reservation, payments made, or any unused portion of the enrolled program to a succeeding review season or batch is not allowed. Failure to attend, participate in, or complete the enrolled program shall not automatically entitle the reviewee to defer or carry over the enrollment or any unused portion thereof to a future review season or batch.
5. Non-Transferability: The reservation, enrollment, payments made, and any corresponding rights, access, privileges, or benefits under the enrolled program are personal to the registered reviewee and are non-transferable. They may not be transferred, assigned, endorsed, or credited, whether in whole or in part, to another person.
   
   
6. Changes to Program, Section, or Modality: The program elected in this Enrollment Agreement cannot be changed and/or modified without the written agreement of the reviewee and Auxesis Review Center management. Should a request to change the section and/or modality be approved by management, the reviewee shall pay the applicable processing fee. Management may refuse a requested change because of capacity, schedule or program requirements. Any approved processing fee and revised fee balance must be disclosed and accepted in writing before the change takes effect. A request alone does not suspend payment obligations or extend access.

UNDERTAKING

1. The Auxesis Review Center (ARC) reserves the right to reschedule the program start date and the program schedule. ARC shall exercise this discretion reasonably and in good faith, give notice as soon as practicable, and provide a replacement schedule for affected sessions.
2. The Review Center reserves the right to choose the reviewer deemed necessary for the topic.
3. The Review Center reserves the right to choose the mode of delivery (online, and/or hybrid) for the review sessions. Operational changes may be made for lecturer availability, safety, venue constraints, government directions or technical disruptions. ARC will notify reviewees and arrange reasonable substitute delivery. This clause does not permit arbitrary removal of the purchased program or override mandatory remedies for services ARC cannot provide.
4. On availing a discount/promo:

• Achiever:

  • Latin Honor recipient + Top 1 of the batch
  
  Reviewees who graduated with achievements as described above are entitled to a free regular review (tuition and miscellaneous fees waived). This promo applies exclusively to the regular review program via the online review setup and cannot be combined with other promos or discounts. To avail of the promo, a PDF copy of the official Transcript of Records (TOR), along with a certificate proving PIChE Quiz Bowl participation or Top 1 of the batch (as applicable), must be submitted before the start of the regular review.  If the reviewee enrolls in another review center, the discount will be rendered null and void, and the reviewee will be responsible for the full matriculation fee.
• Bundle of 10: Reviewees from the same alma mater may form a group of ten (10) full-paying members to receive a discount of P2,699.90 per member for the hybrid setup or P2,449.90 per member for the online setup. “Full-paying” excludes Achiever, Free Review Voucher, ARC Scholar, and Returnee Promo grantees. The group must enroll in the Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching (triple package), with all members in the same setup and section. An application form listing all members and their alma mater must be completed and submitted before enrollment. After approval, all members must book their slots on the same day, pay in full upon enrollment, which must occur no later than the start of the review. If any member withdraws or any condition is not met after the promo has been approved, the discount becomes void, the promo cannot be re-availed, and standard rates will apply to all affected members; any shortfall becomes immediately due. ARC shall identify the failed condition and the resulting shortfall in written notice. Each member is responsible only for that member’s fee shortfall, not the debts of other members.
• Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching (Triple Package): A reviewee enrolling in the triple package receives an automatic one-time discount of P4,499.00; the amount of matriculation displayed already reflects this deduction. This discount can be used in conjunction with the Bundle of 10 promo (as stipulated in b) or, if not applicable, applied to individual enrollees.
• Returnee: A returnee (a fully paid reviewee who has completed the entire regular review session from a previous batch) is entitled to a discount of P10,000. The discount applies only to the regular review program and cannot be combined with other discounts, including the triple package. The returnee must present their previous enrollment agreement or any proof thereof. If the returnee enrolls in another review center, the discount will be null and void, and the returnee will be responsible for the full matriculation fee.
  
• Voucher: A reviewee may avail of a discount upon presentation and successful validation of a valid ARC voucher code. The voucher may be applied as follows:

1. Full Payment – The reviewee must enter the valid voucher code during checkout before full payment is completed. Upon successful validation, the applicable voucher discount shall be deducted from the program fee.
2. Installment Payment – The reviewee must first pay the reservation fee in full amount (P5,000.00) and send the voucher code within the day of enrollment to finance@auxesisreview.com for verification. Upon successful validation, Auxesis Review Center (ARC) shall manually apply the applicable voucher discount to the reviewee’s remaining outstanding balance (final installment).

The voucher must be presented, validated, and applied before full payment of the applicable program fee is completed. A voucher that was not presented or applied prior to full payment may not be applied retroactively and shall not constitute a basis for any refund, reimbursement, credit, or adjustment.

Only one (1) voucher may be used per reviewee. A voucher may be used in conjunction with the Triple Package Promo, but may not be combined with any other promo, discount, scholarship, or similar privilege.

All vouchers are subject to verification and validation by ARC. ARC reserves the right to reject or invalidate any voucher that is invalid, expired, previously redeemed, duplicated, altered, improperly obtained, or otherwise not issued or authorized by ARC. Use of a voucher remains subject to the applicable provisions of the Enrollment Agreement, including ARC’s policies on payment, promotions, discounts, cancellation, and refunds.

5. On video recording:

Following the live review session, a video recording will be uploaded to a designated channel. Access to the recording will be exclusive to online reviewees from the start to 14 days after the end of the review session. Reviewees from hybrid sections will be able to access a video recording of the topic conducted online. Video recordings for the hybrid section will only be accessible for 14 days from the date of posting.

6. Exclusive Use of Review Materials:

Review materials, including video recordings, provided exclusively by Auxesis Review Center are intended solely for the use of currently enrolled reviewees. These materials will be accessible during the applicable program period, subject to the specific recording access periods stated above. Reviewees are strictly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, distributing, selling, or disclosing any review materials, whether through online or physical means. Uploading, publishing, or distributing any review materials on online platforms, forums, or social media channels without prior authorization from the review center is not allowed. Unauthorized use or dissemination may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment and civil remedies and, where the legal elements are established, criminal proceedings under applicable law. ARC and its licensors retain their intellectual property rights. Enrollment grants only a limited, personal, non-transferable license for study within the authorized access period. Sharing account credentials, allowing another person to access sessions, screen recording, and circumventing access controls are prohibited without ARC’s prior written authorization, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude. No ownership of materials transfers to the reviewee.

7. Upon effective withdrawal, ARC may end the reviewee’s program access and benefits. On payment default, ARC may suspend access after written notice stating the unpaid amount and providing three (3) calendar days to pay or present proof of payment. Suspension does not waive amounts lawfully payable or extend the enrollment period. Termination and acceleration are governed by the provisions below.
8. The Auxesis Review Center recognizes its responsibilities under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the personal data it collects, records, organizes, updates, uses, consolidates, or destroys from reviewees. The personal data collected is entered into and stored within the review center’s authorized information and communications systems and will be accessed only by authorized personnel. ARC shall provide its Data Privacy Statement before signature, identifying purposes, lawful bases, recipients or processors, retention periods or criteria, security arrangements, rights and a privacy contact. Processing shall be limited to what is lawful and necessary for enrollment, service delivery, verification, payment administration and lawful claims. Sensitive personal information, including education records, shall be processed only on a lawful basis under the Act, with specific consent where required.
9. The reviewee is responsible for providing correct and valid information to the review center. The information provided—particularly the name, email address, cellphone number, and permanent address—is the only information that will be recognized by Auxesis Review Center. Therefore, access to the proprietary database and software will only be granted based on the information provided. The reviewee must promptly notify ARC in writing of contact changes and report suspected account misuse. ARC may require reasonable identity verification before granting or restoring access.
10. The reviewee must ensure the privacy of the recorded video and the review materials. It must not be illegally shared, viewed, or reproduced without the prior consent of the owner (the Auxesis Review Center). It is protected by the Republic Act 8293 known as the Intellectual Property Law.
11. This document does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted in writing by all parties. ARC acceptance must be by an authorized representative. Receipt of a reservation payment alone is not written acceptance. Both parties shall receive the completed agreement and any approved fee or promo schedule.

 

REVIEWEE’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I hereby acknowledge receipt and have carefully read and received an exact copy of this enrollment agreement.

I have read the Data Privacy Statement and express my consent for the Auxesis Review Center to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase, or destroy my personal data as part of my information.

I understand that ARC may terminate enrollment for material nonpayment, falsified enrollment or promo documents, unauthorized sharing, or material breach of academic or conduct requirements disclosed before acceptance. For a remediable breach, ARC shall give written notice specifying the breach and three calendar days to remedy it. ARC may immediately suspend access to prevent ongoing material dissemination, fraud, threats or serious disruption. If a breach is not remedied, or is serious and not reasonably remediable, ARC may terminate by written notice. Amounts lawfully payable, including the full applicable program fee upon termination for my material breach, remain due regardless of attendance, subject to mandatory law and any lawful adjustment. I do not owe duplicate amounts already paid.

I acknowledge and fully understand that the review materials, including video recordings, provided exclusively by Auxesis Review Center, are intended solely for my use as a currently enrolled reviewee during the applicable review program period. I agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or disclose any review materials to others, whether through online or physical distribution, and I further acknowledge that unauthorized sharing or uploading of materials on online platforms, forums, or social media channels is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Auxesis Review Center.

I understand that any unauthorized use or dissemination of review materials may result in disciplinary action, including termination of my enrollment and civil remedies and criminal proceedings only where the legal requirements are established. I also agree to the account security and personal license restrictions above.

  

ACCEPTANCE

I, the undersigned, have read and understand this agreement and acknowledge receipt of a copy. It is further understood and agreed that this agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous verbal or written agreements and may not be modified without the written agreement of the reviewee and the Auxesis Review Center management. I also understand that if I default upon this agreement, I will be responsible for payment of any collection fees or attorney fees incurred by the Auxesis Review Center.

My signature below signifies that I have read and understand all aspects of this agreement and do recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract.
