PAYMENT SCHEDULE
- A reservation fee amounting to P5,000 (five thousand pesos only) is due with the signing of the enrollment agreement upon enrollment.
- Payment plan options:
A. Full payment of the matriculation may be settled upon enrollment.
B. Matriculation may be paid for in installments as follows:

- Payment will be made on our website via our partner channel, HitPay (cards, e-wallets, etc.). Proof of payment must be uploaded via the link provided.
- These options are available to all regular reviewees; Returnee and Bundle of 10 promo grantees must pay in full upon enrollment.
- Valid vouchers will be applied to the remaining balance or, if paying in full, before checkout. Unused vouchers cannot be applied retroactively for a refund after full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Prior to the commencement of the review session: A reviewee who wishes to cancel their reservation must formally notify the management of Auxesis Review Center of their intention. The reservation fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to provide formal notice of cancellation to the management will result in the requirement to pay the full matriculation fee.
- During the review session: A reviewee who wishes to cancel enrollment at Auxesis Review Center must submit formal written notice of withdrawal to the management via email. If notice is given on or after the balance due date, any unpaid balance remains due, and payments already made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- The program elected in this Enrollment Agreement cannot be changed and/or modified without the written agreement of the reviewee and the Auxesis Review Center management. Should the request to change section and/or modality is approved by the management, a processing fee shall be paid by the reviewee.
UNDERTAKING
- The Auxesis Review Center (ARC) reserves the right to reschedule the program start date and the program schedule.
- The Review Center reserves the right to choose the reviewer deemed necessary for the topic.
- The Review Center reserves the right to choose the mode of delivery (in-person, online, and/or blended) for the review sessions.
- On availing a discount/promo:
1. Achiever:
• Summa Cum Laude
• Latin Honor recipient + Quizzer (PIChE Quiz Bowl participant)
• Latin Honor recipient + Top 1 of the batch
Reviewees who graduated with achievements as described above are entitled to a free regular review (tuition and miscellaneous fees waived). This promo applies exclusively to the regular review program via the online review setup and cannot be combined with other promos or discounts. To avail of the promo, a PDF copy of the official Transcript of Records (TOR), along with a certificate proving PIChE Quiz Bowl participation or Top 1 of the batch (as applicable), must be submitted before the start of the regular review. If the reviewee enrolls in another review center, the discount will be rendered null and void, and the reviewee will be responsible for the full matriculation fee.
2. Bundle of 10: Reviewees from the same alma mater may form a group of ten (10) full-paying members to receive a discount of P2,699.90 per member for the hybrid setup or P2,449.90 per member for the online setup. “Full-paying” excludes Achiever, Free Review Voucher, ARC Scholar, and Returnee Promo grantees. The group must enroll in the Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching (triple package), with all members in the same setup and section. An application form listing all members and their alma mater must be completed and submitted before any reservation or enrollment. Upon approval, all members must book their slots on the same day, pay in full, no later than the start of the review. If any member withdraws or any condition is not met after the promo has been approved, the discount becomes void, the promo cannot be re-availed, and standard rates will apply to all affected members; any shortfall becomes immediately due.
3. Regular Review + Refresher + Coaching (Triple Package): A reviewee enrolling in the triple package receives an automatic one-time discount of P4,499.00; the amount of matriculation displayed already reflects this deduction. This discount can be used in conjunction with the Bundle of 10 promo (as stipulated in b) or, if not applicable, applied to individual enrollees.
4. Returnee: A returnee (a fully paid reviewee who has completed the entire regular review session from a previous batch) is entitled to a discount of P10,000. The discount applies only to the regular review program and cannot be combined with other discounts, including the triple package. The returnee must present their previous enrollment agreement or any proof thereof. If the returnee enrolls in another review center, the discount will be null and void, and the returnee will be responsible for the full matriculation fee.
5. Voucher: The reviewee must present a valid ARC voucher (P500/P1,000 Discount) at enrollment. The review center has sole discretion to validate or invalidate any voucher. Only one voucher may be used per reviewee, and it cannot be combined with other promos or discounts except the Triple Package. If paying in full, the voucher must be used before checkout; if proceeding with a deposit plan, it applies only to the balance. Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively to claim a refund after full payment.
5. On video recording:
Following the live review session, a video recording will be uploaded to a designated channel. Access will be exclusive to online reviewees and to reviewees from hybrid sections, but only for the recordings of their own review sessions that were conducted online. Each recording will be accessible for 14 days from the date of publication, after which access will be rescinded.
6. Exclusive Use of Review Materials:
Review materials, including video recordings, provided exclusively by Auxesis Review Center are intended solely for the use of currently enrolled reviewees. These materials will be accessible only during the applicable review program period. Reviewees are strictly prohibited from sharing, reproducing, distributing, selling, or disclosing any review materials, whether through online or physical means. Uploading, publishing, or distributing any review materials on online platforms, forums, or social media channels without prior authorization from the review center is not allowed. Unauthorized use or dissemination may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment and potential criminal liability.
- The Auxesis Review Center reserves the right to rescind all affiliations and benefits of the reviewee upon receipt of the formal notice of cancellation and/or failure to comply with payment requirements as appeared supra.
- The Auxesis Review Center recognizes its responsibilities under Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the personal data it collects, records, organizes, updates, uses, consolidates, or destroys from reviewees. The personal data collected is entered into and stored within the review center’s authorized information and communications systems and will be accessed only by authorized personnel.
- The reviewee is responsible for providing correct and valid information to the review center. The information provided—particularly the name, email address, cellphone number, and permanent address—is the only information that will be recognized by Auxesis Review Center. Therefore, access to the proprietary database and software will only be granted based on the information provided.
- The reviewee must ensure the privacy of the recorded video. It must not be illegally shared, viewed, or reproduced without the prior consent of the owner (the Auxesis Review Center). It is protected by the Republic Act 8293 known as the Intellectual Property Law.
- This document does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted in writing by all parties.
REVIEWEE’S ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
I hereby acknowledge receipt and have carefully read and received an exact copy of this enrollment agreement.
I have read the Data Privacy Statement and express my consent for the Auxesis Review Center to collect, record, organize, update or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase, or destroy my personal data as part of my information.
I understand that the review center may terminate my enrollment if I fail to comply with the academic and financial requirements or if I disrupt the normal activities of the review session. I understand that my financial obligation to the Auxesis Review Center must be paid in full even if the Auxesis Review Center terminates my enrollment on the grounds above, and/or if the stipulations above are not met regardless of whether I attended the sessions or not.
I acknowledge and fully understand that the review materials, including video recordings, provided exclusively by Auxesis Review Center, are intended solely for my use as a currently enrolled reviewee during the applicable review program period. I agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or disclose any review materials to others, whether through online or physical distribution, and I further acknowledge that unauthorized sharing or uploading of materials on online platforms, forums, or social media channels is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from Auxesis Review Center. I understand that any unauthorized use or dissemination of review materials may result in disciplinary action, including termination of my enrollment and possible criminal liabilities.
ACCEPTANCE
I, the undersigned, have read and understand this agreement and acknowledge receipt of a copy. It is further understood and agreed that this agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous verbal or written agreements and may not be modified without the written agreement of the reviewee and the Auxesis Review Center management. I also understand that if I default upon this agreement, I will be responsible for payment of any collection fees or attorney fees incurred by the Auxesis Review Center.
My signature (acceptance of terms and conditions herein) signifies that I have read and understand all aspects of this agreement and do recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract.
